Aham moment of marriage

This are my notes and thoughts during my healthy education (sex education) class at BYU on November 2012.

 I just had an Ah-ham moment about marriage.
We often hear that Satan is attacking marriage and families, it takes a lot of effort individually to keep your marriage healthy and great. We have to be aware of this so we can fight back because we love someone else, put your spouse first.

Put each other's needs first; that will make their needs so much easier to understand and to make your marriage solid and great.  We have different needs.
traine your husband to fulfill your needs. (women needs are more emotional but man needs are very much sexual. The wife should be trained to care enough about her husband that she will make sure her husband has his needs fulfilled and man should make sure that woman have their emotional needs fulfilled as well, they want to be loved, to feel pretty, to be hugged and understood, and they needs to be listened :)

Pornography in a marriage and out too don't strengthen marriage or any relationships, but it does leads u empty :)

I wanna to feel loved. (man that broke his temple covenant).
